The government of West Bengal is going to organise its first Welfare Camps, like the old ones. The name of the Camp is known as Jan Kalyan Shivir Camp. This camp is organised for three days, i.e. from 15th June to 17th June 2026. For those reasons, the Suvendu Adhikari of the Government also released their CAA Application form, in which different kinds of government services will be offered to the citizens of the state of West Bengal through the help of these Camps.
This is just three days camp, but a total of 19 government departments of the state are going to participate in the camps and provide their different services to the people of the state. All the citizens of the state, after participating in the camps, will be able to apply for the government-run schemes, schemes List given below.

We all know that there are so many people available in the state who don’t about the various welfare schemes launched for their benefit. Apart from them, some people know the schemes and their benefits but don’t know how and where to apply for the same. So now to provide the government schemes benefits at the doorsteps of the citizen, the New state government of West Bengal is going to announce its first Jan Kalyan Shivir Camp in various places of the state.

The information about the Camps given by the CM, Mr Suvendu Adhikari of the state. By organising these kinds of camps, the government wants to bridge the gap between the government schemes and among the needy people of the state.

In these camps, a total of 19 departments are going to participate, and a total of 54 services and schemes are going to be covered through the scheme of the scheme. Jan Kalyan Shivir Camp Dates and Timing
This is the first time the government organized their camp for the welfare of the people. The camps are going to be organised from 15th June to 17th June 2026. And the camps are going to be open from 10 am to 5 pm every day. In which the citizen can take the interaction, awareness and get the receipt of their submission of application. Features of Jan Kalyan Shivir
- Arrangements of the Camps: all kinds of arrangements in the Camps are managed by the DM’s of the state. The government, for the smooth running of the camps, deployed the Senior IAS Officers in all Districts of the state.
- Help to Fill Form: All these Officers will have to ensure that the citizens provide them with complete information and help them fill out the application online or offline.
- Facilities Available in Camps: In these camps, basic facilities are also available for citizens who are going to participate in the camps, like Clean Water for drinking, shelters, Toilets, Medical facilities, etc. The photocopies for the documents are also available in these Camps at free of Cost.
- Progress of Application: The government also ask to check the progress of the application which are submitted for the schemes through the Camps.
- Shivir Commander: Every Jan Kalyan Shivir Camp also have its own Shivir Commander.
- Services Charges: Through the help of these Camps, every kind of service will be available at no cost except the Aadhar-related services.

How to Check Jan Kalyan Shivir Camp Location?
These Camps going to be organised all across the Districts of West Bengal. Camps are held in Rural as well as urban areas of the state. In the Rural area, a total of 7 Gram Panchayats will participate in one camp, and in the urban area, a total of 10 wards will be covered in one urban camp.
In each of the Camps, the Self Help Group members are also available, who provide the pamphlets in both languages, i.e. English or Bengali, to raise awareness about the Camps. Everyone can fill out the application form at the venue.
At the location, the CCTV, Free Photostat facilities, Ambulance and Paramedical support will also be given.

- Now, on the home page of the portal, you will get the details and the services list.
- Here on the home page of the portal, you get the link to locate your Shivir.
- Click on the same, then the Location form opens in front of you.

- Enter the District Name, Block or Local Body Name and then Ward and Gram Panchayat Name.
- You can check the location venue-wise or date-wise.
- Enter the details and the venue location available in front of you.

How to Participate in the Jan Kalyan Shivir Camp?
- As I already told you, each camp which organized in the Rural area will cover the 7 Gram Panchayat, and in the urban area, a total of 10 Wards will be covered. So first of all, you need to find the Camp Location organised by your ward or Gram Panchayat.
- Then check the date and time, and then bring your documents to the camps and get the information about the various schemes available according to your eligibility.
- The application form is also available, and you can fill out the form on the spot and also submit your documents with the form.
- Submit the form. You can also check the progress of the application Form.
