Now your wait is going to be over, because recently the state government of the Andhra Pradesh decided to disburse the fund of the scheme in the month of the July 2026. So the dates which are expected for the fund release 24th July 2026 in 1st installment. On these three dates, each mother and the guardian of the students will get the amount of Rs.15,000. The amount is directly given in the bank accounts. The fund which is released by the government is about Rs. 15,000, i.e. Rs.13,000 for student aid and the rest of the Rs.2,000 is for the school Management.

What is the Talliki Vandanam Scheme?

Talliki Vandanam or Thalliki Vandanam Scheme is a welfare program that is run by the state government of Andhra Pradesh. Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs.15,000 will be given to the mother and guardian of the eligible students of the state. Students from classes 1st to 12th are eligible to get the benefits of this scheme, and the amount is distributed through the DBT Payment system. • Financial Benefits: Every eligible student, every year, will get the amount of Rs. 15,000, which is given to them through their mother’s or Guardian’s Bank account.
• Students Cover: All the students who are enrolled in the school for study from class 1st to 12th class.
• School Eligible for Scheme: In this scheme, the government included all government, government-aided, private, and residential schools across the state.

Eligibility Criteria for Students

• Residence Criteria: Every child who is a permanent resident of the state of Andhra Pradesh.
• Students Classes: You must be studying in classes 1st to 12th in any government, government-aided, or private school in the state.
• Attendance requirement: In every academic year, the attendance of the students must be at least 75%.
• Income Status of Family: The monthly income of the family for the rural area must be Rs. 10,000, and for the urban area, it is Rs.12,000/-.
• Land Limits: all families who have land less than 3 Acres in wetland or 10 Acres in Dry Land, and for both types of land, it is not more than 10 Acres.
• Vehicle Info: Families who don’t have any four-wheelers in their house.
• Electricity Consumption: The consumption of electricity is not more than 300 per month.
• Families in government jobs: All families who are in Government or PSU jobs are excluded from the scheme.

Documents Required

• An Aadhaar card of the Guardian/Mother and Kids is required.
• The family must have a Rice Card or White Ration Card of the state.
• Need to submit the Mother’s or Guardian’s bank account details that are linked with the Aadhaar Card and also NPCI-mapped for the DBT Payment.
• The attendance record of the students is also required.

Talliki Vandanam Scheme Application Process

• There is no online application platform available for the scheme. The school head or officials enter the students’ details in the UDISE or Child Information system.
• After putting in the details of the students, the system automatically checks the data of the students and household eligibility.
• The field verification will also be done by the Local Village or Ward secretariat official to check the eligibility Criteria of the Family.
• Once the eligibility is verified by the officials, the Disbursement of the payment is approved for the beneficiaries.

How to Check Talliki Vandanam Scheme Status?

• To check the Talliki Vandanam Status, every one need to access the AP GSWS Beneficiary Management Portal bm-sgsw.ap.gov.in/BM.

• Now, here on the portal, find the link to Application Status, and then click on it.

• On the search page, select Scheme name “Talliki Vandanam”, choose the academic year and enter the Aadhaar Number.

• Need to put the details of the Aadhaar Card to log in and generate an OTP, and you will receive the same on your Registered Mobile Number.

• Enter the one-time password and check the eligibility or Status of verification.

Status Result Found

• Eligible or Satisfied: It means beneficiaries have completed the verification and meet all eligibility Criteria conditions of the scheme and are ready to get Payment.
• Payment Released: It means the payment of the scheme has been released in your favour.
• Amount credited: Amount successfully credited to the account of the beneficiary’s mother and Guardian.
