CMAAA 3.0 Registration 2026: Last date, Login & Apply Online Steps

CMAAA, whose complete name is Chief Minister’s Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan. Now, after its 2.0, the 3.0, i.e., the 3rd Phase of this scheme, has recently been launched by the government of Assam for self-employment. Under this scheme, the Assam government provides unemployed youth in the state with financial assistance, support, and skill training.

The government supports them financially to start and establish their business. The 3rd Phase of this CMAAA 3.0 has started from 11th March 2026, and you all, who think that you are also eligible for this scheme and have the wish to become a part of this scheme, then you all need to complete the Apply Process.

About CMAAA 3.0

The Government of Assam state started this program to provide and encourage the educated youth of the state towards self-employment by providing them with financial help. Now, after two phases, the third phase of this scheme has started, and registration to take part in this phase started from 11th March 2026.

To apply for this scheme, you all need to follow the process given below:-

• Need to Open the Official Portal of the CMAAA.
• Now on this portal, you have to signup your account and register yourself.
• During the time of registration, you need to enter all the details about candidates, employment exchange, email ID, mobile number and also set the password of your choice.
• Here, you have to verify your Mobile Number by sending the one-time password to your number.
• Complete the verification and then login in to your account.

• Now login in to your account with the help of the credential details and then find the form.
• When you get the application form for this scheme, you have to fill in the rest of the details like your business model, your educational qualification, account details, etc.
• Upload the documents and then complete the process.

Get Disbursement of Scheme Benefits

• If you successfully registered for the scheme and choose this scheme, then the government will disburse the benefits of the scheme through the Direct Benefits Transfer scheme.

Features of CMAAA 3.0

• Registration Date:- For the 3^rd Phase registration for CMAAA has started from 11^th March 2026.
• Beneficiaries Cover: In this scheme, the government has the motto of Job Seekers into Job Creators, which means the government support all the local unemployed youth of the state with the help of Financial assistance to start their own business and create job opportunities for others in the various business sectors. A total of 10 lakh beneficiaries are going to be entered in this scheme.
• Financial Help: With the help of this program, the government provides only a one-time stipend at a 0% interest rate, and subsidised loan facilities are also given from Rs. 2 Lakhs to Rs. 5 Lakhs.
• Requirements for the scheme: All people who want to be a part of this scheme will be registered with the employment exchange and also have a bank account with no history of loan default. The age of the candidates is also 28 to 40 years.
• Skill Training: All beneficiaries who are selected for this scheme will get training from a professional in their skills and entrepreneurship.

CMAAA 3.0 Eligibility Criteria

• Residence of Assam: This scheme is only open for the people who are permanent residents of the state of Assam. Only one family member from each family will be eligible to apply for the scheme.
• Age Criteria: For general candidates, the age must be 28 to 40 years, but age relaxation is given to the reserved category, i.e. for SC/ST/OBC, it must be 28 to 43 years.
• Minimum Education Required: The minimum education qualification which is required for this scheme must be at least a 10th class pass. The educational qualification is the same for all categories.
• Registered with Employment Exchange: You must be registered or have a valid registration certificate from the Employment Exchange.
• Financial Status: You are not a defaulter in any bank against any loan and have a Commercial Bank account.
• Not Beneficiary of CMAAA 1.0 or 2.0: You are not taking benefits from the previous phase of this scheme.

Financial Benefits

In the above paragraph, I already said that with the help of this scheme, the government provides the financial benefits to the youth of the state in the shape of a loan to start a business in various sectors. The benefits for professionals and for other people are different.

Apart from the above, at the time of training, the beneficiaries also get Rs. 10,000 as a stipend. The training time is also for one month.

Documents List

• ID Card which is submitted by the applicant: Voter Card, Aadhar Card, DL or Passport, any one.
• Educational Documents: at least a 10th class certificate and a professional Degree certificate
• Payment Documents: First Page of Bank copy showing your Savings account number with bank branch name and IFSC Code, and PAN Card.
• Assam Employment Exchange registration certificate.

Note: As we already know, the Vidhan Sabha elections are running in Assam, and the voting was held on 9th April 2026. The result will be announced on 4th May 2026. So due to the election, all the government schemes and works are paused. After the election result and formation of the government, these schemes will be resumed.
