Indiramma LIG Flats Housing Scheme 2026: Apply Online, Last Date

So finally, the state government of Telangana state launches its New housing scheme named the LIG Indiramma Housing Scheme. The same scheme is launched in Hyderabad City of the state. This scheme is specially targeted at people who belong to the Low Income Group and total 7 Thousands units are going to be built. This scheme is roll out in the state phase-wise. So the first phase is going to be started in a total 17 constituencies, and in each of the constituencies, a total 480 Units are going to be built. So the number of the flats which are going to be construct in the first phase is about 7,680.

The low-income group people who belong to the Urban area are also have the dream to have their own house, but due to high rate of property they can not buy the same. So the Telangana Government now launched its LIG Housing Tower under the Indiramma LIG Housing Scheme in the Core Urban Region.

The same scheme was launched on 20th July 2026 and from very next date i.e. 21st July 2026 the application also be invited by the government to participate in the scheme. All the eligible beneficiaries can apply for this scheme from 21^st July 2026 to till 10^th  August 2026. You can apply for this scheme through the MeeSeva centres of the state and can also use its official portal. This scheme is really very ambitious scheme of the Government which going to complete the dream of low-income group people.

LIG Indiramma Flats Area and Cost

The total cost of the flats is Rs.11 Lakhs as estimated cost but beneficiaries only have to pay Rs.6 Lakhs from their side. The rest of the 5 lakhs will be provided by the government as a subsidy amount. And the total area of the proposed area is 528 Sq feet and the carpet area of the same flats must be 400 Sq. Feet.

Eligibility Criteria for LIG Flats Application

• This scheme is only targeted at people who belongs to the low-income group.
• Applicant must be residents of Hyderabad City from last 10 Years, In Telangana State.
• The annual income of the applicant and their family members also not more than Rs.6 lakhs.
• Applying applicants don’t owned any kind of House, Flats, Plot or any property in their name and also not taking the benefits of the similar housing scheme in their past.
• From each of the family only one family member can apply for one housing unit.
• All the applicants are unable to sell or rent their flats during the lock in period i.e. for 10 years.
• If you submit false information or a duplicate application form, then you may face rejection of the all submitted application.
• Home Loan facilities also available.

Documents Required

• Copy of Aadhaar Card of every member of the family
• Voter ID Card is also required for CURE.
• 10 years’ residence proof certificate of the applicant.
• Income proof of the applicant.
• Affidavit declaring no ownership of any house.

What is Application Fee and Earnest Money Deposit?

Every eligible beneficiary, after checking the eligibility criteria, who thinks to apply for this scheme will need to submit the application form before the last Date. So when you submit your form you also need to pay the application fee, which is Rs.100/-. Not only this the beneficiaries also need to submit their Earnest Money Deposit  i.e. EMD of Rs.10,000/-. Without submitting the above-said amount your application form are not be entertained for the scheme.

NOTE: Earnest Deposit Money will also be refunded to the applicant if not selected for the scheme.

Number and Constituency List with Location of Flats

In the first phase, a total of 7,680 Flats are going to be constructed. And 16 constituencies in Hyderabad, with each 480 Units will get.

How to Apply For LIG Flats Under Indiramma Housing Scheme in Hyderabad?

• First of all, beneficiaries need to check their eligibility Criteria and then have to submit their application form between 21 July to till 10 August 2026.
• Then have to prepared all the supporting documents and then visit to the Meeseva Kendra or Housing Board website of the Telangana State.
• Then fill the application form and upload the documents with the form.
• Along with the application form and documents, don’t forget to pay the Earnest Money Deposit and Application Fee.
• Submit it.

Features of the scheme

• The Flats with the area 528 Sq. Feet having one bedroom, hall and Kitchen.
• The same Flats are going to be constructed over the land having cost 40 to 60 Lakhs.
• But the Land will going to be registered in the name of the woman of the family at fvree of Cost.

In all the total Flats government also reserved 50% units for the special category and physically handicapped people as given below.

Allotment Process of the Flats

• After accepting the application form, the government identify the eligible people for the scheme.
• Then allotment will be done by the government of the flats through a draw system.
• The verification of the applicant can be done through field verification.
