Now the BJP is in power, and they have fulfilled their first promise of providing 3000 rupees to the eligible women of West Bengal. To implement this scheme, they started a new web portal, socialregistry.wb.gov.in, named the Family Level Data Collection Portal. This portal works under the government of West Bengal, where eligible applicants can register themselves. Citizens’ names removed after SIR and from the beneficiary list can also apply through this portal. They have to provide all the documentation to prove their nationality and eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria
Women applicants who want to apply for Annapurna Yojana have to follow the eligibility criteria and fulfil the requirements mentioned below:
- The permanent residents of West Bengal are only eligible for this scheme.
- Only female applicants are eligible to enrol in the Annapurna Yojana.
- Applicant age should be between 25 to 60 years.
- Applicants have an active bank account linked with your Aadhaar for receiving the direct benefit transfer (DBT) payments.
- If you are already a beneficiary of the previous government’s Lakshmir Bhandar scheme, then you will be migrated to Annapurna Yojana after the verification.
- Any applicants who have already filed an appeal before the SIR tribunal or submitted an application under the Citizenship Amendment Act can take the benefit of this scheme according to government Rules.

- If any applicant’s age is below 25 or above 60 are not eligible.
- Government employees and government pensioners are not eligible for the scheme.
- If you are receiving a monthly salary from the West Bengal government are not eligible.

Eligible applicants for the Annapurna Yojana submit the application form on the Family Level Data Collection Portal in West Bengal. The registration process is explained step by step, and you have to complete it and verify yourself using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- First of all, you have to visit the West Bengal family level data collection portal: socialregistry.wb.gov.in
- On the homepage, you have to select the Access Citizen Portal.

- When you choose this option, a form will open on your screen. Firstly, you have to select your District, enter your registered mobile number and click on the request OTP button.

- Now enter the 6-digit OTP on the website and click on Verify and continue. In case you didn’t receive the mobile number, cross-check your mobile number. In case you enter the wrong mobile number, there is an option to change your mobile number.

- After a successful login, the application form will open on your screen. On this page, registration will be initiated in the different stages.
- These stages start from basic information, Ration card information, assets information, income and profession details, identity documents and government scheme benefits.

- So you have to start from stage one and fill out this application form with all the correct information.
- In the basic information section, you have to provide details like Name and details of the head of family, date of birth, Aadhaar Number, your permanent address, gender, digital Ration card household ID and total number of family members.

- You have to provide basic details of all the family members in this section, and also add information about the bank account, voter ID, assembly constituency, social category and Ration card information.
- The next part is the asset section in which you have to provide your house information (Pucca House), land information, vehicle information, health insurance, if any, etc.

- In the next section, this is the Income/profession in which applicants have to provide information about income tax, PAN details of every family member, employment status, government and private employees in the family, and total annual income. Also mentioned details about the education of family members and their vaccination status.

- In the identity document section, provide details of your PAN card, KCC, CAA application status, Artisan and student credit card information, etc., as filled in this section.

- Under the government scheme, applicants disclose whether they receive any benefit from any government scheme.

- When all the sections are completed and you have added all the family members’ names, the last section is the Declaration and consent. Agree to this and then click on the Submit application.

- You will get an “Application Submitted” message on your screen with your Temporary Application ID. In this, you name the submission date and time, which is also seen on your screen. Save this Application ID for any future need.
